Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy has been shown to offer many benefits from relieving minor aches and pains to improving skin quality through collagen production to helping ease side effects of traumatic brain injuries. Each session will run between 10-20 minutes and can be adjusted for full body or specific areas. We recommend using Red Light Therapy at least 3 to 5 times a week for optimal results.
