When practiced and experienced together, Yoga and Thai Adjustments can have a truly transformational effect on us and our practice.

The start of Yoga with Thai is marked with the intention of the instructor to channel loving kindness to the receiver. You will be invited to let go, surrender and simply Be, in order for healing to take place. In Yin Yoga, we work with certain Meridians that correspond to different organs in the body. There are a lot of fascinating studies and research that show how intentional touch and bodywork heal us all the way down to a cellular level.

With its long-held still poses, the yin yoga practice invites a state of presence and surrender and hence offers the perfect meditative space for this experience of blending yin yoga with bodywork from the instructor. We invite you to come alone or with a partner or friend to experience serenity and calm. 

Props will be used and space is limited, so grab your spot!

$50/person for 60 minutes in the salt cave with Himalayan salt therapy and with all workshop props provided for you - you only need to bring your yoga mat.
